Every year, April 7th is celebrated as the World Health Day. The World Health Day is a global health awareness day celebrated every year on 7 April, under the sponsorship of the World Health Organization (WHO), as well as other related organizations. As like New Year we made some resolution in our life, same like that we also can make some promises to our self.



Things, Which We Can Do?
  1. If can’t stop then try to decrease the consumption of all type of processed junk food or fast food in your diet. As it doesn’t have quality and good quantity of fiber, protein and micronutrients but high in unhealthy ingredients like added sugar and refined grains.
  2. Work out (Exercise) or walk for at least 45 minutes 3 days a week. It is as important as any other essential activity of your life.
  3. Avoid drinking or smoking.
  4.  Social media addiction also a part of spoiling healthy life. try to avoid post dinner.
  5. Have a sleep of around 8 hours in peaceful dark place. It plays an important role in keep your body as well as your brain healthy.
  6. Drinking lot water is very important to keep hydrated our body. Try to have at least 4 liters water every day.
  7.  It old saying, having breakfast like king, meal like queen and dinner like beggar. Keep some fruits with you if need.
  8. Try to avoid regular use of allopathic medicines, if possible get nutrition and food supplements.
  9. Take some holidays and visit green peaceful and natural place to maintain stress. If you are medication then it’s far better.
  10. Wash your hands after using toilet and before eating food. Keep clean your surrounding wherever you are.
